ue9 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. ue9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. ue9 does not provide a payment processing or money transfer service. Depositing funds without the intention of wagering, or with the intention of reversing the deposit after claiming a bonus, constitutes a prohibited activity.
ue9 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. Where a payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, ue9 may withhold withdrawal of funds from that deposit pending further verification.
Withdrawals of real-money funds are available to all players who have completed the required KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks.

Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus wagering cannot be withdrawn until all applicable rollover requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before rollover is complete will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

For sports betting, all wagers are settled in accordance with the official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. ue9 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from technical failures, third-party payment processing errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits ue9's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.
