ue9 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Service Providers: We share the minimum necessary financial data with our verified Malaysian payment partners (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, DuitNow, FPX, and others) to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions.

• Technical and Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months in aggregated or pseudonymised form for platform analytics purposes.

ue9 is strictly an adult platform. Access to and use of ue9.cam is limited to individuals aged21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data of individuals under the age of 21.

During account registration, all players are required to declare their date of birth. KYC verification is used to confirm age and identity before full account functionality is activated.
